How can we support university students in building the next steps in the career?
It was with this briefing that our challenge began. For this journey to understand the universe between university and the market, we used the method of double diamond that consists of four steps:  Discover, define, develop and Deliver.

We needed to find out how we could support these students in the next step in their career. Then a round of research was madeboth qualitative and quantitative. While in the quantitative research we obtained 33 responses, it was in the qualitative one that we understood a little more about the struggles of university students (we interviewed six people, five of whom were university students and one was already at her second university.)

“It would be nice to have someone pull your ear and say: Come here! here are some free courses for you. you can walk this path...
You know?”
- Ana
Although we got some answers that started to feed ideas, we chose to understand the national scenario a little more, so we researched additional data to understand even more of this universe. Spoiler : Herewe began to understand more the scene of the young brazilian people and their struggles.

Define (or moment of reflection)
Reflection #1: The young Brazilian doesn't have any money left or quite the opposite: he doesn't have any money. He often works to support the house, or even manage to pay for a university.

Reflection #2: They want to learn and improve their lives. The main point is : they often don't have time to do it.

Reflection # 3: Lack of effective contact between young people and the labor market , Linkedin connections are usually not effective.

So now we understand a little more and rewrote our challenge: How can we help the young people in social vulnerability to take their first steps in their career to pursuit a better job or their first job?
Which leads us to our persona:
